Aloha, after seeing so many of our friends forced to leave the island due to the lack of affordable housing and the only other options on the island being low quality and extremely overpriced; we made it our mission to provide high quality truly affordable homes.

We were born and raised in Hawaii. We started this company to help people in Lahaina have fast affordable quality housing in Lahaina to help the people of Lahaina be housed in their time of need. We are working with the best licensed local contractors to set up these tiny homes from A to Z. We are able to set up 1 to 3 bedrooms with delivery, install septic systems, and electric or solar. We pride ourselves in our professional ability to provide homes that the people in Lahaina deserve.

We have homes available in three sizes (20x20, 20x30, 20x40), and options ranging from extremely budget-friendly to fully loaded luxury. From 1/3 bedrooms and 1/2 bathroom homes with kitchens, fully customizable with a variety of styles, colors, and an array of other options for you and your family’s needs.
